INSIDE SALES/WAREHOUSE

Lewis Motor Repair is seeking an energetic, service-oriented individual to join our team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field inbound calls from customers & assist them with their needs
  • Work with internal staff to meet customers’ needs
  • Generate customer quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, etc
  • Assist customers with warranties, follow up on back orders & quotes
  • Receive incoming shipments & organize in the proper location
  • Pull orders & prepare shipments
  • Restock warehouse with new inventory & keep organized
  • Perform in town pick ups & deliveries

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years sales and/or customer service experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic math skills & problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills, written & verbal
  • Attention to detail & organizational skills
  • Microsoft Outlook & general computer skills
  • Safety minded
  • Operate forklift – training provided
  • Team oriented
  • Be able to lift 50 lbs as needed

Hours: Monday – Thursday 8 am to 4:30 pm, Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm – some overtime may be required. No weekends – no holidays

 

SHIPPING & RECIEVING CLERK

  • The Shipping & Receiving clerk will be responsible for, but not limited to, providing shipping and receiving of incoming materials, supplies, and products.
  • Shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders
  • to sales orders and distributing to parts counter person.
  • Reading customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped.
  • Use computer system for tracking, logging, verifying, and reporting.
  • Making deliveries and pick-ups to our customers and suppliers. Ability to drive straight truck is helpful. (no CDL needed)
  • Assisting in counting of physical inventory.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Hours: Monday – Thursday 8 am to 4:30 pm, Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm – some overtime may be required. No weekends.
  • Pay $20 to $22 per hour

Requirements:

  • Pass a Dot Physical/Health Card
  • Must have a valid drivers’ license with a good driving record
  • Basic math skills
  • Computer knowledge

  • Attention to detail
